Transported as rolling merchandise from Yutz (Thoiville – France) to Arlon in September 1980.

First coldwater pressure test in Belgium on 9th November 1983.
Then transported to Mariembourg on the 10th and 11th august 1984.

This machine was engineered by the French engineer André Chapelon.
Anyone who has read some documents relating to the latest French steam machinery cannot ignore the name André Chapelon, talented engineer « steam », the last of his profession.
He designed, in the opinion of many mechanics and drivers, the most beautiful and prestigious French steam engines.

This machine is owned by the CFV3V.
